Javier has worked across a combination of fields rarely found in a single profile: pure retail operations, HR and team leadership, purchasing and supply chain, food retail & QSR, franchise development, commercial real estate, landlord-side strategy, fitness, leisure, entertainment, partnerships, market entry and growth platform creation.

This cross-functional experience allows him to understand both sides of the table: the strategic ambition and operational reality of brands and operators, and the value creation logic of landlords, developers, investors and family offices.

Former leadership and development roles with Decathlon, Klépierre, Compagnie de Phalsbourg, Enrique Tomás, Juicy Avenue, Taster, Moeve, Hadrena and Inside Retail Iberia.
